It is excellently located, just 20 km from Wrocław, the capital city of south – west Poland. Roof construction based on pillars and outer walls, covered twice with roofing paper and warmed with mineral wool.
Window panes and entrance doors made of PVC, doors to the boiler-room and warehouse made of steel, other doors made of wood.
Front elevation made of plaster, on foamed polystyrene.
Building equipped with water, sewage, electric and central heating fittings, gravitational and mechanical ventilation, telephone line and anti-thunder system.
The quality of finishing is very high because of both: good materials used to it and the level of conducted works.

2. Gatehouse
It is one-floor building, with no cellar. It can be also used in a different way- for example as a shop (it was previously used this way).
